Joseph Drouhin 2010 Macon-Villages (Chardonnay)
The nose is bright and fruity; Apples and citrus no oak present as it is aged in stainless steel. An excellent example of the diversity and supiriority of the chardonnay grape. Apples again on the palate with a hint of lemon; bright and crisp but not overly acidic. Fresh and light, with a very pleasant length. Easily one of 2011 best releases of Chardonnay.
